Refund Policy

At Dhira Fashion, we value your trust and satisfaction. We take utmost care in crafting and delivering each product, and we’ve outlined our return and refund policy to ensure a smooth and transparent process in the rare event of an issue.


1. General Policy

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

  • Return, exchange, or refund requests will only be accepted in cases where the error is on our part, supported by valid proof.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

  • Refunds are not available on international orders.


2. Return, Exchange & Refund Eligibility

Valid Claims Only If:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Proof Required:

  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory. The video must:

    • Start from the sealed package and run continuously without cuts, filters, or edits.

    • Clearly show your name, address, and the invoice.

  • This proof must be Whatsapp Us on 9289586699 within 24 hours of delivery. Claims beyond this window will not be considered.

Refund Details:

  • Only the product amount will be refunded.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If the same product is out of stock, you may wait for restocking or opt for a refund (excluding shipping).

Not Eligible for Return or Refund:

  • Size-related concerns.

  • Packages still in transit.

  • Delivery delays by courier partners.

  • Orders processed and shipped correctly.


3. Items Not Covered Under Policy

  • Sale or discounted products.

  • Items that have been used or tampered with.

  • If the return shipping cost exceeds ₹80 (covered only if the mistake is from our side and valid proof is provided).


4. Lost or Undelivered Parcels

  • Dhira Fashion is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

  • No refunds will be given for prepaid orders refused at the time of delivery.


5. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If a refund is approved, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Depending on your location, the delivery time of exchanged products may vary.

  • For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable courier service. Dhira Fashion is not responsible for lost return shipments.

6. Additional Terms

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect shipping/contact details, only 50% of the product value will be refunded within 15–20 business days.

  • Issues reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • Dhira Fashion reserves the right to change this policy at any time. Customers are encouraged to review the latest version on our website.
